This is a boxing class for FLINTA (women, non-binary, trans and gender non-conforming people) who wanna let go of trying to be polite and put-together. No experience needed. Bring comfy clothes, a water bottle, and boxing gloves if you have it (I have a couple of extra ones if you don’t).
